脊髓损伤对生精细胞bcl-2和Bax基因表达的影响

摘要 目的 :探讨脊髓损伤后生精细胞减少的原因。方法 :应用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白 过氧化酶 (S P)免疫组织化学法检测脊髓损伤大鼠术后第 2周、第 4周睾丸生精细胞bcl 2 ,Bax蛋白表达的情况。结果 :术后第 2周 ,手术组大鼠睾丸生精细胞bcl 2 ,Bax基因蛋白表达与假手术组比较差异无显著性意义。术后第 4周 ,手术组大鼠与假手术组比较 ,睾丸生精细胞bcl 2基因蛋白表达显著性减少 (P <0 0 5 ) ,Bax基因蛋白表达则显著性增高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :bcl 2及Bax基因蛋白表达的改变是脊髓损伤后睾丸生精细胞显著减少的原因之一。 Objective:To study the cause of decrease of spermatogenic cell after spinal cord injury.Methods:Immunohistochemical S P method was used to detect the expression of bcl 2 and Bax protein in the testis of spinal cord injury and sham operated adult rats two weeks and four weeks after the operation. Results:In 2 weeks after operation, there was no significant difference between spinal cord injuried group and sham operation group.In 4 weeks after operation,the number of bcl 2 positive cells in spinal cord injuried group significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the number of Bax positive cell increased significantly(P<0 05).Conclusion:The change of expression of bcl 2 and Bax is one of the causes that induce the decrease of spematogenic cell in testis of spinal cord injuried rats.
