目的探讨羊胚胎盘肽的制备及生物活性。方法应用膜技术制备羊胚胎盘肽 ,对羊胚胎盘肽的含量、肽谱、氨基酸、活性、紫外吸收等进行测试 ,利用动物实验观察羊胚胎盘肽对调节免疫、延缓衰老的作用。结果羊胚胎盘肽是一组小分子多肽 ,分子量小于 10 0 0 0D的占 37.3% ,紫外吸收峰在 194nm。

PurposeTo study preparation method and to test function of sheep placenta peptide.MethodsMembrane technology to abstract small chain peptide and animal test to verify biology activity.ResultsSheep placenta peptide was a set of small chain peptide with 37.3% molecular weight less than 10 000 D. The later was active factor of peptide and its abstract summit of ultraviolet ray was 194 nm.ConclusionSheep placenta peptide was a set of small chain peptide with biology activity of immunity and prolong life.
