摘要
孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)是一种严重的发育障碍性疾病,近期研究表明大脑皮层"微型柱"结构异常可能是该病的神经病理学重要机制。经颅磁刺激可作用于患者大脑皮层异常的微型柱,改变局部皮层兴奋性,改善患者因皮层兴奋失衡所致的临床表现。本文总结了近年来该技术用于ASD临床康复治疗的研究成果,并探讨其在ASD康复治疗领域的发展方向。
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) has been cited as a group of developmental disabilities with serious consequences.Recent studies indicated abnormalities in cortical minicolumn might be the core neuropathological mechanism for ASD.Transcranial magnetic stimulation could improve the manifestations of patients with ASD by targeting abnormal minicolumns,changing the local cortical excitability,and rebalancing the ratio of cortical excitation to inhibition.This article reviews recent researches about using transcranial magnetic stimulation in treatment of ASD,and discusses its future development in this area.
