185例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿韦氏智力测试第Ⅳ版测量结果分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的探究ADHD患儿的智力特征以及智商和行为问题之间的关系。方法采用韦氏智力测试第Ⅳ版和Conners父母症状问卷对185例6~16岁ADHD患儿进行智力测试和行为评估,并与健康儿童对比。结果 1)研究组的智力得分显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);各亚型之间智商差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2)两组之间认知效率指数和认知效率相对低下发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3)ADHD患儿智力和行为问题之间具有相关性。结论 ADHD患儿智商低于正常儿童,且存在认知效率低下的智力内部特征,其智商与学习行为和焦虑情绪存在负相关。 Objectives To explore the intelligence features of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),and the relationship between intelligence and behavior problems in ADHD children.Methods A total of 185 ADHD children,aged 6~16 years,were tested by WISC-Ⅳ and Conners Parent Symptoms Questionnaire,And the results were compared with those of 96 healthy children.Results 1)The total IQ performance and each subtest were all significantly lower in study group than those in normal control group(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences among different ADHD subtypes(P>0.05).2)The score distribution of two groups' cognitive efficiency index was significantly different.The cognitive effciency index and the prevalence rate of lower cognitive efficiency in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).3)Total IQ of ADHD children was significantly related to behavior problem.Conclusions ADHD children's IQ is worse,and with lower cognitive efficiency.Lower IQ performance is related to study problem and anxiety in ADHD children.
