KAP模式健康教育对早产儿早期干预依从性的影响 被引量:5

Effects of knowledge-attitude-practice health education mode on compliance with early intervention programs in premature infants

摘要 目的分析知信行(KAP)模式健康教育对早产儿早期干预依从性的影响。方法选择2014年1月-2015年12月在鄂州市妇幼保健院出生的早产儿135例,根据就诊时间分为Ⅰ组63例,Ⅱ组72例;Ⅰ组运用传统的健康教育方式,Ⅱ组运用知信行模式对早产儿父母进行健康教育。早产儿纠正6月龄时比较两组早产儿父母健康知识掌握情况及早期干预依从性。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ组早产儿父母健康知识掌握情况得分分别为48.91±8.41、51.34±8.07,两组比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.71,P>0.05);Ⅱ组早产儿早期干预依从性较好者所占比例为73.61%,明显高于Ⅰ组(42.86%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.65,P<0.01)。结论运用知信行模式对早产儿父母进行健康教育,有利于提高早产儿早期干预依从性行为,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effect of knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)health education mode on compliance with early intervention programs in premature infants.Methods A total of 135 premature infants were selected in Ezhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2014 to December 2015,and were divided into two groups(Ⅰgroup,with 63 cases;Ⅱ group,with 72 cases).Traditional mode and KAP mode were used for health education of parents of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱinfants,respectively.When two group infants were at the corrected age of 6 month,the compliance with early intervention programs of premature infants and the scores of their parents health knowledge were calculated.Results There was no significance difference in health knowledge scores betweenⅠandⅡ group infants' parents(48.91±8.41 for group Ⅰ and 51.34±8.07 for groupⅡ;t=1.71,P>0.05).However,the ratio was remarkably higher in compliance with early intervention programs of premature infants at group Ⅱ(73.61%)than that at group Ⅰ(42.86%)(χ~2=16.65,P<0.005).Conclusions KAP health education mode for the parents is more beneficial to improve the compliance with early intervention programs of premature infants.
