新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤后血浆血管活性肠肽和P物质水平的动态变化 被引量:1

DYNAMIC CHANGES OF LEVELS OF VASOACTIVE INTESTINAL PEPTIDE AND SUBSTANCE P IN PLASMA AFTER HYPOXIC ISCHEMIC BRAIN INJURY IN NEONATAL RATS

摘要 为了观察新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIE)后不同时间血浆血管活性肠肽和P物质兔疫活性物质(ir-VIP、ir-SP)含量的动态变化,将7日龄SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(C)、假处理组(B)和HIE组(A),采用一侧颈总动脉结扎联合低氧吸入形成HIE,放射免疫分析法测定各组伤后即刻24、48和72h血浆ir-VIP和ir-SP水平的动态变化。结果表明,血浆ir-VIP水平A1、A2、A3组分别显著低于B1、B2、B3组;ir-SP水平,A2、A3、A4组分别显著高于B2、B3、B4组。B、C组之间ir-VIP和ir-SP含量相差不显著,证实VIP、SP参与HIE的病理生理过程,血浆含量的显著变化提示其在HIE中起作用。 In order to observe dynamic changes of levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide and substance P (ir-VIP,ir-SP)in plasma of neonatal rats subjected to hypoxic ischemicencephalopathy (HIE). 7-days-old Sprague-Dawley pups were randomized into normal control group(C) , sham-operated group(B1 ~ B4)and HIE group (A1 ~ A4), according to time schedules (0,24,48 and 72h) after the brain damage. HIE model was performed by a unilateral ligation of left common carotid artery followed by an inhalation of 371 humidified 8% oxygen and blanced nitrogen at 1.5 liter/min for 2.5 h. Levels of plasma ir-SP and ir-VIP were tested by radioimmunoassay. We found that levels of ir-VIP in group A1,A2 ,A3 were significantly lower than those in group B1, B3 ,B3 while levels of ir-SP showed markedly higher in group A2 , A3 , A4 than those in group B2,B3,B4 . Neither ir-VIP nor ir-SP levels had significant differences between group B and C at all time points observed. Present data suggests that both VIP and SP participate in the patho-physiological process of HIE and might play some role in it.
