摘要
生产现场对钢材成分检测的方法很多,但大都比较繁琐。本研究利用数码相机对钢材在砂轮上产生钢花过程进行了拍摄,找出了钢花的一般特征,并能与计算机钢材信息图库中的钢花图片进行比较。此方法能进行钢材的快速甄别,具有良好的经济效益。
There are many methods to mensurate the steels components at the scene of manufacture,but most of them are very complicated.In this inverstigation,the common characteristics by shotting the steels sparkle on the grinding wheel using a numeral camera are found out,and can be compared with the sparkle in the computer information gallery. This method will discriminate steels swiftly and have good economic benefit. [
