摘要
针对小麦秸秆的机械加工问题,在自制的小麦秸秆锤切机试验台上,采用系统分组的试验方法,进行了锤切机主要工作参数对秸秆切碎程度影响的试验研究,并建立了锤刀末端线速度、锤刀工作密度、锤刀重复度和切碎率的回归数学模型。试验结果表明,锤刀末端线速度、锤刀工作密度、锤刀重复度及其交互作用对锤切机工作质量影响显著。
To solve the problem of chopping wheat straw, the experiment which its experimented groups was divided systemically into was conducted on a wheat straw chopper bench to test the influence of main working parameters on straw chopped rating. The mathematical models related tip linear velocity and working density and repeated level of chopper knife to straw chopped rate were established. The experimental results showed that the influences of tip linear velocity and working density and repeated level and their reciprocities on the straw chopper抯 working quality was remarkable. [
