摘要
对4115TA1型发动机的部分节能改造措施进行了正交试验,应用综合平衡法确定了对节能效果影响因素的主次顺序是喷油器的型式(B)、活塞环位置(D)、涡流室型式(C)及发动机转速(A)。
Parts of energy-saving measures of 4115TA1 engine were tested by orthogonality method. With help of synthetic reasonable method, primary and sencondary of influencing factors were ascertained about energy-saving effectiveness. The order is the type of fuel injector(B), the situation of piston ring(D), the type of swirl chamber(C) and the speed of engine(A). [
