摘要
果渣是果汁生产的副产品,目前尚未得到充分利用。为此,通过对果渣的成分进行分析,提出了以苹果渣为原料生产饲料、饲料蛋白、苹果粉以及提取果胶、柠檬酸、果醋和天然香料等开发利用途径。
Apple residue is byproduct of syrup plant, at present it have not been fully utilized. In this paper nutrition compositions of apple residue are analyzed. The utilize approaches of producing feed, feed albumen, apple powder, extracting pectin, critic acid, alcohol, fruit vinegar, natural flavor from apple residue are presented. [
