摘要
运用多种传感器实时采集和反映发动机工作状况的技术数据,结合虚拟仪器数据采集分析技术 和模糊数学故障诊断方法,提出了一种基于虚拟技术的发动机智能化故障诊断系统。介绍了该系统的硬件结构、软件功能以及系统的设计方法。通过实验论证:系统具有较高的准确性、实用性,并且易于操作和使用。
In accordance with the historical data and the real-time data collecting from different sensors and applying for the theory of fussy mathematics, a system of intelligent fault diagnosis of engines in real-time was built up. The hardware structure, the software function and the principles of work and practicability of this system were introduced. The functions, methods and actualized principles of the system were expounded emphatically. It was proved by experiments that the system has merits both high accuracy and economical practicability. [
