摘要
利用开发出的发酵剂,进行了多菌种混合发酵生产饲料蛋白的研究,初步确定了多菌株混合发酵酒糟等食品工业糟渣,生产SCP 的培养条件:啤酒糟(糟渣)88%,豆饼粉10%,尿素2%~2.5%,原料︰水=1︰0.8;接种量15%;培养温度28~30 ℃;培养周期72 h;其发酵产物的粗蛋白含量可达34.6%,并且每克发酵产物含有1260 U半纤维素酶、1080U纤维素酶(Cx)、1660 U淀粉酶、1360 U蛋白酶和160 U木素过氧化物酶活性。
The cultural conditions that fermentation food抯 grains were used to produce feeding proteins in this process the fermentation doses were involved. The optimal of culture conditions were:distiller抯 grains 88%,soybean cake flour 10, urea 2%~2.5%and primary material:water=1:0.8 in medium;and inoculation size 15%, culture temperature 28~30 ℃ for 72 h. The analysis of fermented products showed that content of crude proteins of fermented products reached 34.6%, and the activities of hemcellulase, cellulase, amylase, proteinase, lignin peroxidase were 1260 /g, 1080 U/g, 1660 U/g, 1360 U/g and 230 U/g respectively.
