高新教师队伍建设 ,是广大高校管理工作者共同关注的一个问题。现在 ,随着中国入世 ,2 1世纪的高校教师队伍状况直接影响到人才的培养 ,影响到社会发展。着眼于实践江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想 ,结合新时期对高校教师素质的新要求 ,探讨了新形势下高校教师如何顺应时代发展要求 ,塑造高校教师新形象 。

The faculty construction in institutions of higher learning is a major concern of the administrators. With China's entry into WTO, the faculty conditions in the 21st century will more directly influence the training of professionals and the development of society. This paper discusses ways of creating new images of the faculty and enriching the humanistic campus atmosphere by acting on Jiang Zemin's 'three represents' principle.
