The Training of Creative Personnel in the Course of Teaching

以培养创新人才为核心 ,深化教学改革。按照素质教育和创新教育的新观念来重新设置教学内容体系 ,变革教学方法和手段 ,着力培养学生创新意识。

Educational reform should focus on the training of creative personnel. This paper suggests that the curricula should be based on the requirements of quality education and creative education. Teaching method and medium should be improved for the purpose of cultivating creative sense, creative spirit and creative ability.
