摘要
以绵阳 2 6及绵阳 95 - 319为材料 ,研究了不同浓度的二甲基亚砜 (DMSO)对小麦种子发芽率及其幼苗素质的影响。结果发现 :适宜浓度 (0 .1%～ 0 .5 % )的DMSO处理小麦种子 ,可以提高种子发芽率、活力指数、地上部干重。
Seeds of wheat varieties Mianyang 26 and Mianyang 95-319 were treated with dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) at 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%, 1% and 2%. Suitable concentrations (0.1%～0.5%) of the preparation raised the germination percentage and vitality index of the seed, dry weight of the roots and shoots of the seedlings and the vitality of the root system.
