摘要
利用聚类分析方法将早熟恢复系 4 0 2的 5 3个体培后代测交F1分为 5类。方差分析表明 :各类F1不仅主要农艺性状间有较大差异 ,而且播始天数、结实率和千粒重 3个性状均值均极显著低于亲本测交F1,除IV类外 ,其余各类单株粒重均值极显著高于亲本测交F1。相关分析结果 ,体培后代测交F1的单株有效穗、实粒数及着粒数 3个性状与单株粒重呈显著或极显著正相关。
Cluster analysis was made of 8 agronomic traits of 53 hybrid F 1s of the somaclonal line of the early maturing rice fertility-restoring line 402 and divided the F 1s into 5 groups, which were significantly different from each other in their main agronomic traits. Variance analysis showed that the average values of days from sowing to initial heading, seed setting percentage and 1 000-seed weight of the hybrid F 1s were highly significantly lower than the parents in test cross while their average seed weight per plant, with the exception of Group IV, was highly significantly higher than their parents. Seed weight per plant appeared in a highly significant positive correlation with effective panicles peer plant and spikelets and full spikelets per panicle of the F 1s. A discussion is presented of the selection method for the hybrid F 1s of the somaclonal line of early-maturing restorer lines in the paper.
