摘要
对拮抗烟草黑胫病的PGPR菌株的基本生物学特性研究表明 :GP13菌株在 2 0～ 5 0℃范围内均能生长 ,适宜的生长温度为 2 5～ 30℃ ;pH值 5 .0以下生长较弱 ,pH值 5 .5～ 9.0均能较好地生长 ,适宜的pH值 6 .0～ 7.0 ;适宜的碳源为肌醇、果糖 ;适宜的氮源为酵母浸膏。
The basic biological properties of PGRP strain GP13, which was identified as Bacillus licheniformis and used for the control of tobacco black shank (Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae) , were studied. The results showed that the optimum temperature, pH and carbon and nitrogen sources for its growth were 25～30℃, 6.0～7.0, inositol and fructose, and yeast extract and beef extract, respectively.
