摘要
用青刺果乙醇提取液对桃子进行涂膜和涂布保鲜试验 ,测定了贮藏期间桃子的Vc、糖度、酸度、失重率等。结果表明 :用青刺果乙醇提取液涂布保鲜桃子效果良好 ,在室温下 ,桃子能保持较好的新鲜度 ,生理变化推迟 。
Extraction solution from Princepia utilis Royle made with ethanol was used to coat peach fruits or spread on their surface, and vitamin C content, Brix, acidity and weight loss of the stored fruits were determined. The results showed that the treatment delayed physiological changes and decreased the loss of nutrients of the stored fruits, thus helping keep their freshness.
