Calculational Analysis of Flood Relief Risk for High Concrete Dams

本文提出了混凝土大坝泄洪枢纽在已定的洪水标准下承担泄洪风险的计算模式。对影响泄洪风险的不确定性因素进行了探讨。应用本文提出的泄洪风险计算模式和JC计算方法,对国内九个一级混凝土大坝洪水超校核水位、洪水漫坝、洪水漫坝1米,洪水漫坝2米的风险进行了计算。计算模式和计算结果对已建大坝的安全检查和拟建大坝泄洪枢纽的设计均有较大参考意义。

In this pape'r, a calculational scheme is presented of the flood-relief risk of the discharge engineering of a concrete dam under certain flood standard. The factors which affect the risk uncertainty are discussed The risk is calculated using the scheme and JC method, for nine first class concrete dams in China. The scheme and the calculated results are of great practical significance for the safety examination of built dams and for the design of discharge enginee'ring of planning dams.
