摘要
本文借鉴了 90年代以来国际企业战略管理理论研究的最新成果 ,以及世界著名企业战略管理的实践和成功经验 ,对企业的核心竞争力 (corecompetencies)进行了分析与研究 ,并对企业核心竞争力的基本组成要素和基本构架提出了自己的见解。本文还进一步论述了技术能力和组织能力之间的关系 。
This paper refers to the latest theory on the international enterprises' strategies and the successful practice of some well-known enterprises in the world since 1990's, then analyses the theory of enterprises' core competencies. And make some viewpoints on the basic composition and framework of enterprises' core competencies. Finally, this paper makes a further discussion on the relationship between technical capacity and organizing ability, especially puts emphasis on the key situation and effects of organizing ability.
