公民对政府经济行为满意程度的测定

The Measuring Method of the Citizens' Content Degree with the Government's Economic Behavior

作为一个独立机构部门的公民对政府的经济行为有着切身的体会和认识 ,因而公民的满意和认可也是评价政府效绩的重要标准。论文从评价的意义、机理、方法和评价指标的构建等方面 ,对公民评价政府的经济行为进行了探讨和研究。

A citizen who belongs to an independent institutional sector has personal experience and knowledge concerning the government statistical behaviors,therefore his/her recognition of and satisfaction with the relevent statistics can be viewed as one of the indicators to evaluate the government performance.This paper makes a tentative study on the citizen′s evaluation of the government economic activities through exploring the underlying ideas, establishing the reeserch method and building up a related system of statistical indicators.
