《国际贸易术语解释通则》更新的动因与成果研究

A Research on the Motive and Achievement of the Renovation of the <INCOTEMS>

国际商会《国际贸易术语解释通则》(INCOTERMS)颁布至今 ,历经 6 4年时间 ,已经成为国际贸易中普遍被接受的一项重要的国际贸易惯例。本文试图从《通则》制定之后六次重大补充和修改的动因及成果的视角 ,对其进行全面探索和评价。同时倡导和推动《2 0 0 0年通则》的实施 ,为我国加入WTO 。

It is 64 years since the promulgation of the <INCOTERMS> by the Chamber of Commerce. It has been a widely accepted important customs in international trade. From a new angle of view of the six significant complements and revisions after the terms was promulgated , this article tries to make a probe and evaluation of it . At the same time we should sponsor and propel the execution of the <2000 terms> in order to serve China's joining the WTO and propel the foreign trade to the new century.
