对我国银行业风险及中央银行监管制度的思考

Thought about China's Financial Hazards and the Monitoring System of the Central Bank

在计划经济向市场经济转轨的过程中 ,随着改革的深入 ,银行业风险也日益显露 ,并开始危及银行体系的稳健运行 ,因此 ,对银行业进行有效监管迫在眉睫。应分析我国银行业风险的形式、根源 ,借鉴西方国家金融监管的有效做法 ,构建我国有效的银行监管体系。

In the transformation from the planned economy to the market economy,financial hazards are becoming more and more evident and the steady operation of the banking system is endangered.Therefore,it is a matter of great urgency to undertake effective monitoring of the banks.This paper then gives an analysis of the origin and the forms of China's financial hazards.And with a reference to successful monitioring approaches adopted by western countries,this paper finally attempts to suggest an effective monitoring system for China's banks.
