农村股份合作企业产权制度的理论分析

A Theoretical Study of the Ownership System in Cooperative Enterprises in the Country

农村股份合作企业的产权安排表现出以股份制原则为核心、少量的保留合作制某些因素的特点。但是这种产权制度仍存在着产权主体缺位、产权转让没有实现市场化、商品化等问题 ,因而需要进一步深化产权改革 ,按规范的企业产权安排原则完善农村股份合作企业的产权制度。农村股份合作企业发展的方向是股份制。

Ownership in cooperative enterprises in the country is characterized by its focus on the principle of joint stock while retaining some elements of the cooperative system.This,however,has led to such problems as the absence of the ownership subject and the transfer of the ownership not as a commodity in the market.Therefore,standard ownership practice in joint stock companies should be introduced into the cooperative enterprises.These cooperative enterprises will eventually be turned into joint stock companies.
