我国当前的过剩经济运行态势 ,既是有效需求不足的原因造成的 ,但无效供给过多 ,也是一个重要方面。无效供给的增多会抑制有效需求 ,有效供给的增多则会创造出更多的有效需求。本文详细论述了有效供给的概念内涵 ,分析了有效供给与需求之间的内在联系 ,阐明了增加有效供给的重要意义 ,最后提出了增加有效供给的政策建议。

China's current overproduction is caused by two facts,including both demand deficiency and ineffective supply.The ineffective oversupply deduces the effective demand and the effective supply increases the effective demand.The paper elaborates the definition of the effective supply and analogies the relation between the effective supply and demand as well as discusses the meaning of increasing the effective supply.It also gives some suggestions on policy for improving the effective supply.
