摘要
分析了电梯轿厢专用空调器的设计特点,并着重分析比较了消除空调蒸发器中产生的凝结水的方案。认为采用室外侧轴流风机、冷凝器及PTC热敏电阻加热元件联合工作的方案最为合适。当轴流风机与冷凝器在结构上无法匹配时,则单独采用PTC元件加热处理。同时指出为实现这些方案在空调器结构设计、控制等方面需要进行的变动。
The design features of the air-conditioner used for elevator cages were discussed in this presentation. A comparison between techniques for eliminating condensation water produced by the evaporator of the air-conditioner was made. It was concluded from the discussion that the outdoor axial flow fan and its condenser had best operate in combination with the PTC-thermistor heater. Hence, the operational reliability can be improved and the operating cost can be lowered. In addition, necessary changes in the structural design and the control system etc. of the air-conditioner were depicted in order to adopt those techniques.
