Some Problems in the Utilization of urban LFG

本文从技术示范、管理体制、政策法规等几个方面阐述并分析了我国当前在鼓励城市生活垃圾填埋气体资源化利用方面存在的亟待解决的问题和障碍,并提出了针对这些问题的政策建议。

The problems and obstacles of utiliz ation of landfill gas(LFG)from municipal solid waste(MSW)landfill sites are explained,of technology,demonstration experie nce,institutional arrangement,re gulation and incentive policy in the aspects.Some policies are recommended to over-come the barriers,for related governmental departments'reference.
