德国大众汽车公司TDI1.9L增压中冷轿车柴油机性能试验研究

Performance Test for VW TDI 1.9L Diesel Engine for Passenger Car

为了进一步了解轿车柴油机的工作特点 ,在发动机台架上对一台德国大众汽车公司TDI 1 9L增压中冷柴油机的扭矩、功率、油耗以及排放等基本性能参数进行了试验。通过测试 ,获得了该机的外特性、负荷特性、万有特性和排放品质等数据。测试结果表明 ,该机的总体性能达到了十分先进的水平。

In order to investigate into the performance characteristics of diesel engines for passenger car use, an engine from Volkswagen in Germany was tested on bench. The engine is turbocharged and inter cooled. The measurements included the engines torque, power, fuel consumption and emissions. The testing results showed that the engine had advanced performance in power and torque as well as very good quality of exhaust emissions for passenger cars. As the power unit for passenger car, diesel engines will play more important roles in future.
