Developing dynamic of direct medium voltage converter technique and indirect medium voltage converter is presented. The characteristics are described according to different control modes and different electronic elements of electric power in the main circuit of indirect medium voltage converter technique. The developing dynamic of the main technique of frequency converters for medium voltage is discussed.
