摘要
数值模拟了旋转状态下涡轮叶片U形内冷通道湍流流场和温度场,分析了其换热的变化规律。结果表明,旋转状态下哥氏力、离心力和浮升力的共同作用使得流场相对于静态发生了较大的变化。总体上讲,旋转强化了换热。但是旋转使得换热能力在各个面分布不均,增加了温度梯度。
A two-equation turbulence model has been used for prediction of heat transferin a rotating smooth serpentine passage. The coolant is pressurized air and operating conditions are selected to closely match real turbine operating parameters. Results show that increasing the Rotation number tended to increase averaged Nu number. However, there are different variation about heat transfer on different side.
