摘要
研究 3种不同配方的酶制剂对猪粪沼气发酵产气率的影响。配方 1和配方 2的沼气产量比对照分别提高2 6 81%和 13 75 ,配方 3则比对照降低 4 4 0 % ;从池容产气率看 ,配方 1和配方 2分别比对照提高 2 7 5 4 %和13 0 4 % ,配方 3比对照降低了 4 35 %。三种配方对原料TS和VS的利用率均有提高 ,TS利用率分别比对照提高8 6 9%、15 5 3%和 4 74 % ,VS利用率分别比对照提高 2 2 2 3%、4 7 0 5 %和 9 95 %。以上结果表明 ,糖化酶有利于提高猪粪发酵的沼气产量 ,较高蛋白酶活相反降低沼气产量。
The influence of three enzyme agents with different compositions on biogas productivity of pig dung digestion was investigated.The resutls indicated that biogas production of experimental group 1 and group 2 was 26.81% and 13.75% respectively higher than that of the control group,and the productivity of experimental group 3 decreased by 4.40%.The three agents can all improve the TS and VS degradative rate.According to the experiment,the TS degradative rate can be increased by 8.69%,15.53% and 4.74% and that of VS by 22.23% ,47.05% and 9.95% in contrast to those of the control group.The results indicate that amylase can help increase biogas yield,while higher enzyme activity of protease blocks the biogas production.
