我校人才培养工作评估资格审查后,针对专家评审意见,明确整改的指导思想,理清整改思路,进行整改方案的顶层设计;采取有效措施,加大教学投入,进一步完善教学基础设施;坚持实施人才强校战略,不断提高教师队伍的综合素质;坚持以课程建设和专业建设为重点,促进教育教学改革,推动人才培养工作迈上新台阶。

With experts’suggestions for evaluation and examination,our college decides the guiding ideology and thinking and top-design the plan for rectification and reform,after the qualification evaluationof the talent cultivation.We also take measures to intensify the teaching input and further perfect the teaching infrastructure;Insistently implement the strategy of strengthening our college with talents and gradually improve the comprehensive quality of the staff;insist on taking emphasis on the construction of courses and majors and promote the reform of education and teaching,thus pushing the talent cultivation to a new level.
