摘要
个体化教学首先要求对学生当前的学习状况进行准确定位 .本文应用灰色评价方法 ,从评估指标和综合水平评价两方面同时入手 ,依据学生日常学习状况和历次考核成绩对英语专业低年级学生进行科学地、系统的水平定位 ;并从中分析出个别学生的优势和弱项 。
In order to carry out the Individual Teaching,the evaluation of the students' current English level is very important.This paper introduces the Grey Evaluation method to explaim how to select the evaluation indices and how to evaluate the comprehensive level accurately.Base on the routine learning status and all the previous test,this paper illustrates how to apply the Grey Evaluation method to measure the students' current English level scientifically and systemaically.At the same time,the Grey Evaluation can also analyse the advantages and shortcomings of different individuals accordingly.All of the results can be used as warranties of the individual teaching.
