Application Anatomy of Radial Nerves on Upper Limbs

目的为临床手术时提供桡神经的解剖学资料.方法在44例成人尸体上肢标本上观察臂部桡神经的行经.结果桡神经进入桡神经沟时位于胸大肌腱止端内侧(2.23±0.24)cm,喙突下方(11.21±0.42)cm.结论胸大肌腱止点纵行切开骨膜可避免损伤桡神经上段;沿骨膜向远侧分离可避免损伤桡神经中段;沿肱肌中线分开肱肌至骨膜下可避免损伤桡神经下段.

Objective In order to provide anatomical data of radical nerve for anterolateral approach to the humerus.Methods The course and relation of radial nerves were observed on 44 cases of adult cadaver upper limbs on the basis of operation approach and vulnerable position.Results The radial nerve which enters upper entrance of the canal of the radial nerve was median(2.23±0.24)cm, under the coracoid process(11.21±0.42)cm.Conclusion Incising longitudinally the humeral periosteum along the pectoralis major tendon could avoid harming the proximal part of the radial nerve; stripping distantly along periosteum could avoid harming middle part of the radial nerve; cutting along the median plane of the brachial muscle to bone could avoid harming lower segment of the radial nerve.
