沙眼衣原体解脲支原体感染与输卵管阻塞的关系

Relationship between Chlamydi Trachomatis(CT) and Ureaplasma Urealyticum(UU) Infection and Fallopian Tube Obstruction

目的探讨沙眼衣原体(CT)解脲支原体(UU)感染与输卵管阻塞的关系.方法应用血清抗体金标免疫斑点法技术对140例输卵管阻塞的不孕患者(观察组)和66例输卵管通畅的不孕患者(对照组)的血液进行CT和UU检测结果观察组CT和UU的阳性率分别为8.57%和37.86%,对照组分别为3.03%和13 6%,观察组均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).观察组CT,UU复合感染率为5%,也明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论CT和UU感染与输卵管阻塞关系密切,是造成不孕不育的主要原因.

Objective In order to research the relationship between CT, UU infection and fallopian tube obstruction.Methods 140 sterile women with fallopian tube obstruction(experiment group) and 66 sterile women with fallopian tube unblocked(controlled group) were detected CT and UU in the blood with serum antibody golden criterion immunity spot method.Results CT and UU positive rate of experiment group was 8.57% and 37.86% respectively and the positive rate of controlled group was 3.03%and 13.63%. The positive rate of experiment group was higher than that of controlled group ( P<0.05, P <0.01). The mixed infection rate of CT and UU(5%) was higher than that of controlled group( P <0.05).Conclusion The relationship between CT and UU infection and fallopian tube obstruction was very close, it was main important reason for infertility.
