摘要
采用有限元模型分别作变压器在运输过程中承受路面振动下的随机振动分析以及受冲击载荷作用下的瞬态分析 ,给出变压器各构件的应力分布情况 ,采用第三强度理论校核。计算结果表明 :在路面振动情况下 ,最大应力产生在铁芯上 ,且玻璃支板承受的应力较大。在冲击载荷作用下 ,玻璃顶杆承受最大应力 ,玻璃支板承受的冲击应力较小。在路面振动和冲击作用下 。
The random vibration and impact induced by vehicle dumping of transformer during transportation are analyzed with FEM. The stress distribution in the components of transformers is calculated, and the maximum principle shearing theory of failure is taken to check the safety. The maximum stress is on the transformer core, and the glass support plate also undertakes considerable stresses. However, under impact load, the glass pole bears the highest stress, and the impact stresses on the glass support plate are not severe. Under both impact and vibration induced by dumping, stresses in all components of the transformers are less than their tolerance stresses.
