摘要
介绍某电厂的增压风机转子现场动平衡过程中试重大小及配重方案的选取方法。该类风机现场动平衡时 ,试重大小的选取应使其所产生的离心力为转子重量的 10 %左右 ;确定配重方案时 ,综合考虑风机的结构和振动特点等因素 ,取多种方案 ,经计算比较后 。
A case of field balancing of a centrifugal fan is presented to show the method to determine the trial counterweight for balancing. For this kind of fans, the centrifugal force produced by the trial mass is about the 10% of the weight of the fan. For optimizing the counterweight, the structural and vibration characteristic should be carefully examined.
