摘要
为了研究新型转子压缩机工作时内、外转子之间的啮合力 ,建立了啮合力计算模型以确定啮合力在多个啮合点之间的分配 .模型的计算结果表明 :当不考虑装配间隙及摩擦的影响时 ,有半数齿存在啮合力的作用 ;与气体力相比 ,啮合力的数值很小 ,对转子的总载荷影响不大 ;总啮合力、气体力及气体力转矩都以同样的确定周期变化 ;齿数改变时 ,上述规律仍然成立 .
A model without considering the effects of friction and assembling clearance is built to analyze the meshing forces between teeth of two rotors of a new type of compressor. Some results are obtained by employing the model, and the results show that half of the teeth suffer from forces. Compared to gas forces, meshing forces are rather small and have a slight influence on the whole load. The total meshing forces, gas forces and moments are variable in accordance with the current period. When the teeth number changes, the above regularity remains the same.
