摘要
氢转移反应是催化裂化过程中的重要二次反应,对催化裂化的产品分布、产品质量以及裂化产物中的烯烃含量存在显著影响。本文结合氢转移反应的机理及热力学、动力学特征,从剂油比、反应温度、停留时间等操作条件及孔结构、稀土交换量等催化剂物理化学性质方面,介绍了催化裂化反应中氢转移反应的优化控制技术及对降低汽油烯烃含量的积极作用。
Hydrogen transfer reaction is one of the most important reaction in FCC. It determinates distribution of the product, quality of product and the olefin content in cracked product. Base on the mechanism and the character of thermodynamics and kinetics of hydrogen transfer reaction, control technique affecting hydrogen transfer reaction such as reaction temperature, catalyst/oil ratio, residence time, acidic structure of catalyst, Si - Al ratio, rare earth concentration were analyzed. It were in favour of decreasing the olefin content of gasoline.
