摘要
在煤和天然气的开发利用中,含硫的化合物和H2S等随烟道气排入大气中,烟气一般含有0.25%~7%的硫,严重危害环境。我们从含硫的土壤中分离、驯化得到一株具有高脱硫率的脱氮硫杆菌,此菌细胞呈球杆状,单个,成对或短杆状排列,能运动。革兰氏染色为阴性,可利用硫代硫酸盐,硫酸盐作为能源,在细胞内外储存硫粒。在好气或厌气条件下可以硝酸盐为氮源,最适生长的pH值为6.0,温度为30℃左右。
An obligate chemolithoautotrophy of thiobacillus denitrificans strain was separated from sulfur contaminated soil. The cell is of short rod shape, mobile by single polar flagella lium gram negative . Thiosuofate and sulfate could be used as its energy sources. sulfur particles usually contained in the cells as inclusions. Under aerobic or anaerobic conditions , nitrates could be used as nitrogen sources. The optimal pH for growth was 6.0 and the temperature was 30℃.
