摘要
试验用萘乙酸 (NAA)、生根粉 (ABT)、吲哚丁酸 (IBA)等 3种生根剂对假俭草插穗进行处理后 ,通过观测插穗的外观变化和对株平均生根数、株平均生根根长的测定及对扦插成活率的影响 ,初步确定质量分数为 10 0× 10 - 6的NAA、80× 10 - 6的ABT、(4 0～ 6 0 )× 10 - 6的IBA都能用于假俭草扦插繁殖时的插穗处理 ,以提高生根数量 。
The plant material of centipedegrass (Eremochloa ophiuroides) was treated by three kinds of rhizogenic agents-NAA? ABT and IBA.Appearance variation, rooted number, root length and cutting survivor were measured. Furthermore, 100×10 -6NAA?80×10 -6ABT and 60×10 -6IBA were selected for treatment of cutting multiplication and cutting ears. They could accelerate the root survivor and growth as well.
