小麦受条锈菌侵染后叶片含氮量的变化

摘要 采用开氏定氮法分析结果表明,潜育期时,亲和性或非亲和性反应的全氮量、蛋白氮量均增加,非蛋白氮量降低,蛋白氮与非蛋白氮比率提高,显症期,非亲和性反应的全氮量、蛋白氮量和非蛋白氮量均增加,蛋白氮与非蛋白氮比率提高,而亲和性反应的全氮量和蛋白氮量均降低,非蛋白氮量增加,蛋白氮与非蛋白氮比率下降;产孢期时,各类反应都引起全氮量、蛋白蛋量降低,非蛋白氮量增加,蛋白氮与非蛋白氮比率下降。 The results from Kjejtec Auto Analyzer indicated that total N and protein N contents increased, non-protein N contents decreased, and the ratio between protein N and non-protein N increased in incompatible and compatible combinations of host-pathogen in the latent stage? and that total N, pro-tein N and non-protein N contents increased,and the ratio between protein N and non-protein dropped in incompatible combinations,while total N and protein N contents decreased non-protein N increased and the ratio between protein N and non-protein N dropped in compatible combinations in the stage of symptom appearance;and that total N and protein N contents decreased;and non-protein contents increased 5 and the ratio between protein N and non-protein N dropped in both compatible and incompatible combinations at the sporulation stage.
