摘要
通过显微镜观察和人工接种方法,对我国西北地区普遍发生的赖草(Leymus secalinus)条锈病和麦(艹宾)草(Elymus tangutorum)条锈病的病菌进行了系统鉴定。结果发现,赖草条锈病菌和麦(艹宾)草条锈病菌均不能侵染所有小麦条锈菌鉴别寄主及感病品种,它们和小麦条锈菌各有不同的寄主范围和主要寄主,在孢子尺度、夏孢子芽孔数目、有无一室冬孢子等方面的一些差异尚不足以达到变种级别。因此,赖草条锈病菌和麦(艹宾)草条锈病菌应分别属于条形柄锈菌的两个新专化型,即赖草专化型(Puccinia striiformisWest.f.sp.leymi)和披碱草专化型(P.striiformis West.f.sp.elymi)。
Stripe rust of Leymus secalinus and stripe rust of El ymus tan-gutorum, prevalent in the Northwest China, have been investigated by means of microscopy and artificial inoculation. The results indicate that they should be considered as two new formae speciales, i. e. Puccinia striiformis West. f. sp. leymi f. sp. nov. and P. striiformis West. f. sp. elymi, in accordance with their inability to infect wheat, different host ranges and main hosts. The differences in dimensions of urediniospores and teliospores, germ-pore numbers of urediniospores and rate of one-cell teliospores between f. sp. leymi, f. sp. elymi and f. sp. tritici are fully discussed.
