血脂康不同疗程对高脂血症患者调降脂疗效比较

Comparison of Curative Effect on Patients with Hyperlipidemia by Xuezhikang in Regutating and Descending Blood-fat

目的 探讨血脂康不同疗程治疗对高脂血症患者调降脂的疗效。方法 14 8例高脂血症患者随机单盲分为 2组 ,分别口服血脂康胶囊 0 .6g ,2次 /日 ,3月和 6月 ,于治疗前后 1周检测血脂。结果 3月组TC、TG、LDL -C均降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。HDL -C升高不明显 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;6月组TC、TG、LDL -C明显降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,HDL -C明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗后两组组间比较 ;6月组调降脂疗效明显优于 3月组。 结论 血脂康具较肯定的调降脂疗效 ,且疗程愈长 ,疗效愈明显。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xuezhikang on patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods The 148 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups by randomized sigle-blind method.Xuezhikang capsule were token orally 0.6 g Bid for 3 monthes and 6 monthes respectively.the blood-fat was examined before one week and after one week.Results In 3 month group the TC?TG and LDL-C were all decreased(P<0.05),but the HDL-C was not increased(P>0.05).In 6 month group the TC?TG and LDL-C were significantly decreased (P<0.01),and the HDL-C was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion This study indicates that the regulating and descending effect of Xuezhikang was certain.The longer courses of treatment,the better therapeutic effect. 〔
