摘要
目的 探讨多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验 (DSE)对冠心病的诊断价值。方法 用多巴酚丁胺连续分级负荷试验来观察病人即时的心率、血压、心电图及室壁运动。结果 36例临床可疑冠心病患者 ,DSE阳性 2 2例 ,阴性 14例。结论 用DSE检测冠心病即安全、经济 ,又敏感、特异 ,是一种准确度好的无创性诊断冠心病的最佳方法 ,尤其适用于基层医院。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of dobamine stress echocardiography(DSE)in coronary heart disease(CHD).Methonds 36 patients of CHD were inspected in their HR?BP?ECG and ventricular wall movement with echocardiography while the dosages of dobatamine were successive and gradual. Results In 36 cases of CHD,22 were positive and 14 were negative. Conclusions DSE is a better special methond on diagnosing CHD, which is safe accurade,sensitive and no injury. It is fit to primary hospital.
