西藏山羊绒理化性能研究

Study on the Physical and Chemical Properties of Down from Tibetan Goat

本研究结果表明:成年公、母西藏山羊绒纤维的自然长度分别为4.55cm、4.23cm;伸直长度分别为5.53cm、5.28cm;细度分别为15.4.μ、16.02μ;强度分别为为4.78g、4.65g;伸度分别为37.82%、40.69%。绒纤维鳞片形状多为环形,鳞片密度为129.25层/mm,鳞片的可见高度为7.76μ。绒纤维含有17种氨基酸,其中以谷氨酸、精氨酸、胱氨酸、丝氨酸等氨基酸含量较高,胱氨酸含量为7.23%。

This paper reports the physical and chemical properties of down from tibetan goat. The results showed that,the down length,stretched length,fineness,strength and percen- tage elongation of the down from buck and doe were 4.55 and 4.23cm;5.53 and 5.28cm; 15.32 and 16.02μ;4.78 and 4.65g,37.82 and 40.96%,respectively.Most scales of the down fiber were annular.The dense degree of the scale was 129.25 layers in per mm.The visible height of scale was 7.76μ.The down fiber contained 17 amino acids,in which the contents of glycine,arginine,cysteine and serine were higher.The cysteine content was 7.23%.
