德格县藏山羊皮板品质研究

Study on the Quality of Tibetan Goat'spelt in Dege County

作者在四川省德格县马尼干戈对当地不同年龄(1月龄～成年)藏山羊皮铬鞣前后的主要物理机械性能(物性)作了测试并分析其品质。结果表明,铬鞣后藏山羊皮的主要物性指标:抗张强度为18.37～36.93N/mm^2,撕裂强度为51.00～66.48N/mm,收缩温度为114.33～121.25℃,单位负荷伸长率为52.50～57.00%,断裂伸长率为81.57～98.50%,均高于同地区他种羊皮(藏绵羊皮、罗新藏改良羊皮)的物性指标,并均超过国家标准(SG-364-84)对铬鞣山羊正面服装革物性指标的规定。结果还表明,1月龄藏山羊皮的各项物性指标已与4～6月龄藏山羊皮的相接近,说明在淘汰公羔时可提前到1月龄宰杀,取皮利用。

The Phsicomechanical properties of the skins from Tibetan goats slaughtered at differ- ent ages Were determined.The result showed that,the main phsicomechanical properties such as tensile strength(18.37～36.93N/mm^2),tear resistance(51.00～66.48N/mm),Con- struction temperature(114.3～121.25℃),load stretch rate(52.50～57.33%)and fracture stretch rate(81,57～98.50%)of thess skins were not only superior to those stipulated by China National standards(GB364-84)but also superior to those of Tibetan sheep's skins and Romncy×sinkiang Merino×Tibetan improved sheep's skins.The main phiscomechanical properties of skins from Tibetan goats slaughteredat 1-month-old have come up to the standards of skins from 4-6-month-old goats(P>0.05).It is suggested the slaughter of Tabetan goats may be shifted to 1-month-old for the utilization of skins.
