摘要
用快速银染法对几种家牛(四川黄牛 X_1、雷琼牛 X_2、辛地红牛 X_3、西门达尔牛X_4、成都黑白花牛 X_5)银染组成区(Ag-NOR)的数目、分布、定位进行了研究,并用生物数学方法进行数据处理、X^2独立性检验和遗传距离分析,揭示了四川黄牛和雷琼牛、辛地红牛之间相似的遗传关系和与成都黑白花牛及西门达尔牛之间差异极显著的遗传关系,从而深化了对四川黄牛遗传本质的认识并提供了对分类位置确认的依据。
The number,distribution and position oF Ag-NOR were studied in several cattle breeds,such as the Sichuan cattle X_1Leiquong X_2,Sindy Red X_3,Simmental X_4and Chengdu Black-white cow X_5,with quick Ag-staining method.The data were analysed us- ing bio-mathmatic methods,e.g.X^2-test,and genetic distances were also estimated.The results showed that Sichuan cattle was samilar to Leiqiong and Sindy Red,but very differ- ent from Chengdu Black-white cow and Simmental in Ag-NOR.These data provide a sci- entific basis to classify the cattle.
