西昌安宁河流域鸭霍乱的流行病学调查与诊治研究

Study on the Epidemiology,Diagnosis and Treatment of the Duck Cholera in Anling River Valley

本文报道了西昌安宁河流域鸭霍乱的流行与诊治情况。各品种鸭均能感染,成年鸭和50—70日龄鸭发病居多,主要发病季节为6—9月。发病率为30—60%,死亡率为60—85%,有时高达100%。病原分离鉴定为多杀性巴氏杆菌。复方痢菌净、喹乙醇、庆大霉素、四环素和链霉素高度敏感,疗效良好。青霉素、氯霉素、卡那霉素和土霉素中度敏感。痢特灵、磺胺嘧啶、增效联磺片、磺胺甲基异(口恶)唑及黄连素不敏感。

The epidemiology and Diagnosis of the duck cholera in Anling River velley,Xichang, were investigated and studied.Various breeds of duck could be infected with this conta- gious discase.The morbidity was 30～60%.From June to September was the peak of at- tack period.The adult duck and 50-day-old to 70-day-old duck were susceptible to this disease.The mortality was 60～85%,sometimes it possibly reached 100%.Fifty-one strains of bacterium were isolated From the carcass and identfied to be pasteurella multocide.The bacteriostatic test and theraputic trail of some drugs were also performed. The olaquindox,gentamicin,tetracycline and streptomycin etc,had best bacterostasis and good curative effect among them.
