The concept and compositions of the core competence of enterprises and intellectual capital were described in this paper. Then, the influence that intellectual capital acts on the core competence of enterprises was analyzed and the formula that represents the interaction relationship between them was provided. Finally, the process model of intellectual capital management for core competence was provided.\;
